Decisions of electoral bodies, state authorities and local self-governments, made within the framework of their competence related to setting of the term, preparation to and conducting of elections, to provision of and protection of the citizen's voting rights and freedoms, are, in an obligatory manner, subject to official publishing, or they are publicised in another way, in accordance with the procedure and in terms stipulated by laws."
